Return Policy

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you in 24 hours from the receipt of the package.

Such request is to be made by getting in touch with visputepaithani by sending email at visputepaithaniyeola@gmail.com   and giving the reference of your order no, product details and price. On receipt of your parcel back to us we will send you the same item, with time taken, refer to stock in ready or not, at our cost provided that our products was damaged in transit or a wrong item is delivered to you.

Returns For

  • Customer Not Satisfied With Quality Of Product
  • Damage During Shipment
  • Manufacturing Defect

Intimation For Return Must Be Given Within in 24 hours from the receipt of the package. Intimation Must Be Given By Email Or WhatsApp Message. 
VisputePaithani Will Review The Returned Product Within 5 Days Of Receipt. Replacement Of The Product Will Be Sent Within 7 Days Of Receipt If Available In Stock. If Product Is Not Available In Stock, VisputePaithani Will Refund The Entire Amount Via The Same Payment Method. 

Returns Shall Be Packed As Sent And Should Have All The Tags Intact. It Should Also Include All Accessories And Instructions Leaflets. 
If Merchandise Returned As Defective Proves To Not Be Defective A Representative Will Contact The Customer To Either Send The Unit Back To The Customer Or Restock The Item.

  • Color Not Matching To Product Photo On Website.
  • Design Not Matching Customer Understanding.
  • Product Used, Altered, Tampered And Damaged By Customer.
  • No Returns Will Be Entertained On Sarees With Stitched Blouses.
  • Intimation To Resham Bazaar For Return After 3 Days Of Product Receipt.
  • Any Other Reason Not Mentioned In Policy
